A chocolate cake with a twist, I wanted this cake to be diffirent. I used a truffle filling between the layers, which is not too sweet and complements the cake. I also used the filling to frost the cake, and once that was set.I made little meringue kisses to finish it off, and finished it off with a dusting of cocoa powder.
